With backgrounds in the clinical industry, research, and academic settings, we combine scientific knowledge with real-world experience to support meaningful, evidence-based change in healthcare.

Chris is a transformational leader with a strong background in health and clinical research. He holds multiple master’s degrees in health, an Executive MBA, and brings extensive experience in laboratory operations and quality governance within healthcare settings. With a commitment to ethical standards, including GCP and DEI principles, Chris ensures compliance with regulatory frameworks such as ISO, NATA, and TGA. He works across clinical, industry, and academic environments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and strengthening stakeholder relationships. Passionate about improving systems and outcomes, he uses data analysis and Lean Six Sigma methods to support evidence-based, customer-focused solutions.

Sandra is a values-driven leader with a strong commitment to equity, innovation, and meaningful change in DEI. With a background in science and public health, including an Executive MBA, a Master of Public Health, PhD and MSc in Clinical and Experimental Pathophysiology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, she brings over 15 years of experience in research, leadership, and strategy, shaped by her lived experience in CALD communities. Sandra is passionate about turning knowledge into action and mentors emerging leaders while driving systemic change through collaboration, governance, and evidence-based practice.
